I reached back into the archives and decided to to finally do something using Matchbox 20, a band that I love. "She's So Mean" seemed like a good choice because the song is new enough that it isn't digging into the "classic" realm and not as obvious as say, "Push". When I listen to the melody, it made me think of the reggae single, "Cheerleader" from a few years back. There is a familiarity that I thought that they might pair nicely. I considered doing a sort of "married mash-up" release by flipping them and mashing "Cheerleader" into "She's So Mean" then releasing them both together. However, these things take time. Though this might still be something I do in the future, I wanted to get this one out there. So, have a listen...
